dance flow yoga:

dance flow yoga is a dynamic fusion of yoga and expressive movement that invites you to flow freely and move with joy. blending breath, rhythm, and fluid sequencing, this class bridges the grace of dance with the grounding of yoga. expect creative flows, uplifting music, and a space to let go, sweat, and connect with your body in a playful, empowering way. it’s a celebration of movement that frees the spirit and leaves you feeling energized, centered, and alive.
