blissful bubble shop shipping and delivery

thank you for your support! here's what you need to know about shipping.


upon order confirmation, an invoice will be sent to you via email. please allow 1-3 days for processing and packing of your order. after which, your parcel will be dispatched for shipping. for custom made, please allow 1-3 weeks for processing and shipment.  


domestic delivery   

  • cost: free tracked package
  • delivery time: 1-3 business days for processing and orders will be dispatched after. tracked packages will take 1-3 days but during peak season, it might take up to 5 days.
  • tracking: tracking number available

insufficient or inaccurate address

  • contact us immediately at hello@theblissfulbubble.com if your mailing address is inaccurate or insufficient. 
  • the blissful bubble is not responsible or held liable for parcels with inaccurate or insufficient address. please check thoroughly before checkout.
  • once your order is shipped, we are unable to make any amendments.
  • additional shipping charges will apply for returned parcels or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

lost, damaged or misplaced parcels

  • the blissful bubble is not liable for any lost, damaged or misplaced parcels made by our local shipping partners unless an error is made on our end.  upon request, a proof of delivery will be provided.
  • in the event of a lost or misplaced parcel via domestic tracked mail, it can take up to 3 months by our local shipping partners to investigate.
  • after our local shipping partner has compensated the blissful bubble, we will process the compensation to you.
